| If a touch screen monitor is the only controller you have connected to your Pointmaker, you'll want to calibrate it on your first startup. Once you finish this calibration, and the Pointmaker finishes booting, go into the menu system and run the touch screen calibration from there. It is a more precise calibration. | If you need to talk to a repair technician about your unit, they'll want to know the part number and the firmware number.
